Airport Pick-up Location:US domestic flights: Level 1 Courtyard 4. International flights: International Terminal Bus Courtyard G.
- Free pickup provides on the first day of your tour between 10:00 am and 22:00 pm. Every 2 hours, that is 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, and 22:00 o'clock. (The free pickup service is based on the seat availability, first come first serve. It is possible that you need to wait a little bit long during high season.) 
- Only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each room. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
- The Airport Pick-up during 22:00-24:00 will be charged at $120 for maximum 5 people. The guests need to arrange transportation to the hotel on their own during the rest of time not mentioned above. 
- Private car pick-up and drop-off service (no carpooling) will be provided between 10:00 and 22:00 at cost of $150 (limited to the first and second person, each additional person from the third person onwards will need to pay an additional $20/person). The remaining time periods will be charged at cost of $180  (limited to the first and second person, each additional person from the third person onwards will need to pay an additional $20/person).
Meeting our guide: The guide will be wearing a yellow uniform, holding a small yellow flag or an iPad with the local provider's icon.
Notes:Please provide arrival/return flight schedules at the time of booking or at least 3 business days prior to departure. Otherwise, you will be required to proceed to the hotel at your own expense. If the flight delays, we cannot guarantee airport pick-up service for free.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made within:

  • 0 - 09 Days Prior to Departure Date - Non-refundable
  • 10 - 16 Days Prior to Departure Date - 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
  • 17 - 32 Days Prior to Departure Date - 70% of total purchase amount can be refunded
  • 33 or More Days - 90% of total purchase amount can be refunded
Please Note:
• If the weather condition, war, general strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances interrupt the journey, our company reserves the right to rearrange the journey without refunding the tour fee.
• Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
• If the guest quits during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.
The 3rd & 4th Free Guests Cancellation & Re-schedule Policy
- Early cancellation: If the first two guests proceed with the group tour as planned, the third and fourth guests sharing the same room can request a cancellation more than 10 days before departure without any penalty.
- Last-Minute Cancellation Within 9 Days: Should the first two guests maintain their plans and the third and fourth guests cancel within 9 days before departure or fail to show up on departure day, a 50% penalty of the original tour fee (not discounted price) will be imposed for each cancelled person. This penalty will be charged to the first two guests on the tour in case of no-show by the complimentary clients. Failure to pay the penalty will result in the cancellation of the entire booking without refund.

Special Notes

    • Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult.
    • Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible. 
    • Various hotels may have different deposit policy passengers need to comply with. No specific bed type or the position of the tour can be guaranteed at each hotel. Usually 2-4 people can stay in each room maximally. Hotel check-in time starts at 15:00.
    • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
    • We have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
    • During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
    • If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
    • Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. The local operator provides the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
    • Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. The local operator does not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
    • We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions on our website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, we shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
    • The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While the local operator makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a dela.
    • We reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
    • The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
    • This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
    • Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
    • Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with the law.
    • Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
    • Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
  • Please Note:
    1. Guests are not allowed to use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS and admission ticket purchased by themselves to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
    2. Guests who do use a CITY PASS, NATIONAL PARK PASS or admission ticket purchased by themselves, will not be offered the transportation service for that day, and will possible need to pay a penalty fee. Please consult your tour guide for details.
  • Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide (English/Chinese). Tours and/or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
  • Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.

* Price for Double/Triple/Quadruple Occupancy applies when two/three/four people stay in one standard hotel room respectively.
* Triple/Quadruple price does not guarantee a third/fourth bed in the room since each room is equipped with 2 beds. Please check the availability at the time of check-in.
* Maximum room capacity: 4 people including adult and child/infant.

  • Reservation Info

      1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
      2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
      3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
      4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
