Airport Pickup
• On the first day of the itinerary, complimentary Chinese airport pickup service is available at Honolulu International Airport (HNL) from 06:30 AM to 21:59 PM (guide service hours). The hotel is located in the Waikiki area.
• Pickup services between 05:00 AM - 06:29 AM and 22:00 PM - 23:00 PM require an additional fee of $20 per person.
• No pickup services are available between 23:01 PM - 4:59 AM; guests must arrange their own transportation.
• For guests arriving during regular service hours, the guide will wait at the airport exit 1 hour after the scheduled arrival time.
• Meeting Points:
- Guests arriving on international flights (MU/KE/NH/OZ) in the morning should gather at the counter on the right side of exit 1, where the guide, dressed in a blue Polo shirt, will be holding a sign for pickup.
- Guests arriving on international flights (CA/HA) in the evening should gather at exit 2, where the guide, also dressed in a blue Polo shirt, will be holding a sign for pickup.
- Guests arriving on domestic flights within the US should meet the guide at the baggage claim area, where the guide, dressed in a blue Polo shirt, will be holding a sign for pickup.
- Guests returning from outer islands should gather at the C3 baggage claim exit right-side parking lot. The guide, dressed in a blue Polo shirt, will be there for pickup.

Note:
- As this is a shared shuttle service, vehicles will depart once everyone has boarded at the airport. Actual waiting times may vary.
- Pickup will be arranged for flights arriving within 15 minutes of each other, with a standard waiting time not exceeding 30 minutes. In case of flight delays, the pickup will be adjusted according to the actual arrival time. Other special circumstances will be handled based on the situation at the time.
- Guests are responsible for their own check-in procedures, hotel check-in, check-out, etc.
- For international flights, the guide will wait 1.5 hours from the airport's official landing time; for domestic flights, the wait time is 45 minutes. If delayed beyond these times, guests must arrange their own transportation to the hotel.
Airport Drop-off
• On the last day of the itinerary, one Chinese airport drop-off service is available at Honolulu International Airport (HNL). For guests leaving Oahu, the guide will wait at the hotel entrance 3 hours before flight departure time. Departure times will be confirmed based on the guest's flight schedule.
• Drop-off service hours are from 06:30 AM to 21:59 PM (guide service hours), and the hotel is located in the Waikiki area.
• Pickup services between 05:00 AM - 06:29 AM and 22:00 PM - 23:00 PM require an additional fee of $20 per person.
• No pickup services are available between 23:01 PM - 4:59 AM; guests must arrange their own transportation.
