It will be better if the name n the address of hotel already share to the members of tour at least 1 or 2 days before we arrive in the city/place.

Honestly thumbs down. Primero. El guia dejo mucho que decir con la resolucion de problemas. Estuve mojandme por mas de 10 min. Porque la calefaccion estaba fallando. Le dije 2 veces y me ignoro rotundamente. Termine resfriada por el agua ..Helada en mis piernas. Segundo. Al elegir las 5 actividades que correspondian a nuestro tour. El guia se mostro muy insistente y exigiendo que paguemos las actividades que el quiere. Una chica america lloro de impotencia. Tercero. El intinerario esta para 1 estrellas. Pagamos 5 dias de tour y todas las actividades programadas las hicimos en 2 dias y medio. El resto en el hotel super lejos de la ciudad y en el autobus :( Nota: Sugiero que los guias sean mas Empaticos y que tengan mas tacto en como se dirigen. Read full review

Sceneries and point of interests are superb. But the tour company has a problem. It lets its tourists know about the point of interests and meals only during the bus ride. When people want to pay, they only collect cash. It is not definite ..that everyone will carry cash or enough cash. Also question arises is the company running on cash money. There are two local tour guides - the second one collects cash without listing out what the cash is for. The first one is good, at least she lists out the tour item and price for each. At least there is transparency. Another thing is the coach. Both coaches are old and there is apparent safety concern. Best Western has got ghost. The hotel provided in Montreal is run down. Hotel is good, tour is good

Overall the tour was excellent, especially tour guide Stephen and driver Yin. There could be one less Chinese food/restaurant choices for dinner/lunch on the tour.
