I love this place. one of the most beautiful canyons in the US. What I found out though is this is a third party tour. So, we had to go to someone outside who then signs us in and puts us into the tour. We got in at the right time, went on ..the regular Ken's tour but that part was a little confusing when we first got there. We were grateful though to get any tour as the Ken's tour station had a sign up at 1pm that all the tours are booked. This is really a tour you need to book in advance.
The reservation process was confusing as they first had us down at 1:30 in the site but got a reservation for 4:30. Had tocall and talk to someone to try and get this straightened out.Read full review
It was the last weekend to witness the shafts of light at the 11 & 12:45 tour times. I booked for 5 people but found out later there wasn’t enough room at that time and had to switch to a later time missing seeing the light shafts. My exc..hange student made a reservation for two AFTER me and was able to see them. I’m mad and jealous.Read full review

Transportation was on time and great customer service, on the return there was miscommunication with the shuttle van, but solved in a few minutes,Henry, tour guide has great knowledge and is very attentive. My only suggestion is on the onl..ine booking some fees to be paid after should be more explicit, we had to pay 90 dollars CASH per person on the bus, it could had been a problem if we did not carry all the money, the email with specific NON included fees info, arrived a couple of hours before departure time ( pick up was at 4:55 am in Las Vegas Bally's Hotel, where there is plenty of locations with no signal neither internet, we were actually sleeping when confirmation email arrived, on the other hand , the tour send a text about 12 h s before , with some of the info. Other than that we really enjoy the tour, beautiful breathtaking scenery.Read full review

unique experience with one of a kind sightings. It was superb. We had a lovely guide with great knowledge about how to best take pictures. At 4pm we were the 1st group and enjoyed the experience immensely; but we have to stress the input an..d help from our guideRead full review

Read full review
This company communicated fairly well. The check-in was a bit confusing, but someone from another group was there directing us which helped. The person checking us in was not friendly at all and seemed unhappy. The bathrooms on-site were po..rt-a-potties and were not clean and the one we used was also broken.
The tour guide, Wyatt, was great, friendly and informative. A pleasure to work with, although I do not think he was with Tours4Fun, but was the Navajo guide.Read full review
Bad reservation experience.
Staff at the office not friendly but anyhow helpful.
Luckily we asked in person at the office and we've been told to show up 30 mins before the tour, otherwise we'd have showed up 1 hour in advance (also 1,5 hou..rs in advance considering it is high season, like the ticket says).
The guide (Rick) has described very clearly and well the canyon, showing us all the shapes and helping us with the pictures. He was the very positive aspect of this tour!

We managed to pack in so much sight seeing it is a busy tour and you get to see so so much. I cannot believe how much we did get to do. Zion park is beautiful and Bryce Canyon with Snow was magnificent to see. Monument Valley is just so spe..ctacular and somewhere I always wanted to go. We took an optional tour to Antelope Canyon a dinner on Navajo farm and helicopter ride over the Grand Canyon. This tour is suitable for young and old. Our tour guide Marie was very knowledgable and attentive, we were very well looked after. Highly recommended ++++++Read full review
I never write trip reviews but this trip was amazing. I did the camping version which was a lot of fun to be in the outdoors in this beautiful scenery. There were 13 of us from all different countries, and a wide age range, almost all solo ..travellers, and we got along great. Marie was a spectacular tour guide, knowledgeable, organized, and fun. I was expecting camping type food and was pleasantly surprised at how well we ate! The parks were incredible and varied in their terrain. Having done the research for visiting these areas on a tour, I can say that they offer the best itinerary and also at the lowest cost. Book with them, you’ll be glad you did!Read full review

The upper antelope and horseshoe bend tours were really good. Time management by the tour guide was also well done. Here are some suggestions to make our experience much better in the future tours:
1) Assign a tour guide who knows A LOT a..bout the destination and who is passionate about communicating/talking. The tour guide wasn’t a local and she spoke very little about Upper Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend (googling these places helped but there’s more to know I’m pretty certain). She also spoke mostly in Chinese and the driver was also yelling in Chinese (we didn’t understand so i had to ask our tour-mates who understood Chinese language).
2) The light lunch was very disappointing. I paid $9 for half a Subway that cost $6.50. Why didn’t you buy the meal pack which cost only $9.75 (and i wouldn’t mind paying $10 for it).
3) Good thing, bottled purified water was offered unlimitedly and we had chips for snacks (I don’t eat chips so i bought fresh fruit during the pit stop on the way back to Las Vegas).
4) Good thing, we were provided with face masks for the dusty ride to Antelope CYN. The other tour groups weren’t given face masks, must have been uncomfortable for them!
5) Although I said time management is good, I think it can still be improved. For example, I was told to be at the pickup point at 5:10 for a 5:20 take off. I arrived at 5:00 AM, the bus arrived at 5:15 and took off at 5:30. The waiting area was dark and not quite comfortable, it would have helped if the bus arrived and took off on time as scheduled. But, I understand these things do happen.Read full review
