This 7 day trip (August 6th-13th) in the Southwest canyons was simply amazing. It was our first experience camping and it will definitely not be the last! The landscapes that surrounded us during our hikes were breathtaking. We often got to.. see the sun set behind the mountains, displaying a fantastic range of colors.
Among my numerous favorite moments: the time Joel -our guide- took us to Dead horse point where we watched the night fall from a ledge overlooking the vast landscape before us, while listening to him reading some extracts from one of his favorite books, capturing the quiet but captivating beauty of the desert.
Another highlight would be the hike in the middle of the hoodoos in Bryce canyon: the warm orange colors are really unique. But every other place was spectacular as well: admiring Zion canyon from a high viewpoint at Angel’s landing was totally worth the climbing! We also got to see a few massive arches in Canyonlands, not to mention the impressive landscape in Monument Valley. I especially appreciated the hospitality of the Navajo family who welcomed us into their home to enjoy a traditional taco, while learning more about their culture.
I would also recommend the optional activities: Antelope canyon is the ideal place to take artistic pictures; the Hummer tour is awesome for those who like the thrill of a bumpy ride and the helicopter tour allows you to fully realize and admire the majesty of the Grand Canyon.
I really want to thank Joel who turned this amazing trip into an unforgettable experience, with his usual good humor. He shared his passion for the desert and the canyons as well as his knowledge of the region in history and geology, which was much appreciated during the car rides. I particularly enjoyed the night when we sat around a campfire, listening to him singing old songs while playing the guitar…
Everyone in the group was very friendly and our week was full of memorable moments.
I would highly recommend this tour with Bindlestiff and I myself sincerely wish to discover another part of the US with this wonderful company!

My son (10 years old) and I had such an amazing experience on our tour. Everything exceeded my expectations. Our tour guide, Jennie, was wonderful. We really could not have had a better time, thanks to her. The scenery is breathtaking, the ..tour was comfortable and fun. Jennie was so knowledgeable about the areas we drove through and explained the geology and the historical aspects of everything. After this experience, I am seriously considering booking the 7 day Canadian Rockies tour for next summer. Thanks again!Read full review
Worth every minute of it!!!! Jenni our guide was great. A wonderful person and guide.
This tour is Highly recommended, you visit 5 spectacular places in 3 days❤️. Loved it.
Jenny, our tour guide for the 3 day trip around the Grand Canyon, was great! I would highly her. Very professional, complete knowledge of history and surroundings, amongst other things.
Thanks Jenny.
Just did a 3 day Canyon trip incorporating Bryce, Antelope & Grand Canyons plus monument valley.
Jennie our guide was very knowledgeable and helpful., pictures of these places do not do it justice you really have to go there.
I cannot believe we did so much in so little time! And yet, it still did not feel rushed. The sites were spectacular, as was our tour guide, Jennie. She had tremendous care for our group. I highly recommend this tour - it's amazing.
• What can we say?!?! This tour did NOT disappoint, but more than met our expectations. We felt like we were on our own version of the Amazing Race. Our tour guide, Jon, was professional, approachable, knowledgeable, organized, welcoming ..and FUN!!!!! He set the tone for the trip. Our travel companions-9 in our group-were 4 families who were strangers at the start of the journey and like family by the end of the 3 days. Highlights of the trip.....the tour included stops in: Zion, Bryce, Antelope Slot Canyon, Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon. The highlights for us were...ALL stops...especially Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley. We have been to the Grand Canyon 3times prior to this trip so we knew what to expect there. It NEVER disappoints. We opted for the hotel lodging accommodations vs the camping and the hotels were clean and comfortable. We were able to get a good night's sleep each evening after long, tiring, hot, EXCITING days of hiking, touring/sight seeing. When I was researching such tours, we chose this specific tour because it met our budget and schedule....BUT...the reviews I read about this tour persuaded me to choose this particular one. The reviews were glowing and I have to agree.Read full review
We had the BEST experience - worth every penny! Jon was such a fab and fun guide! He treated us like family and took great care of me and my daughter. His knowledge of the area is amazing - he talked to us the entire time, giving us complet..e history of the Indian tribes, the cities, the geology of everywhere we visited, and had some great stories to tell. He tailored the trip a bit to meet our requests - we saw more than we could have imagined. Jon was able to get us into Lower Antelope Canyon before it opened, so our tour was just 4 of us, first thing in the morning. We hiked trails through Zion and the Grand Staircase Escalante that we never would have found on our own. This was definitely the way to go!Read full review

This is the second tour we have taken with Rachel from Bindlestiff Tours and we are already planning our third. This year, our group of 8 did an overnight tenting/ hotel tour of the Grand Canyon. Rachel is incredibly knowledgeable and accom..modating. She always plans several different scenarios that will suit everyone within your group and contingencies for circumstances such as rain.
We left from Las Vegas and on the way stopped at two different mining towns. El Dorado where we enjoyed a guided tour of a no longer functioning mine and the surrounding area; then quirky Oatman, a ghost town where we had fun exploring, amazed at the wild burros roaming throughout and had lunch at a historic inn.
At the Grand Canyon we were able to experience both sunrise and sunset. It was a fantastic experience. Some of our group chose to do a short hike down into the Canyon with Rachel while others walked on a path along the rim. As with all of our stops, you never feel rushed and have plenty of time experience everything and to take all the pictures you might want. On way back to Vegas we made one more stop along Rt. 66 in Seligman, Arizona the inspiration for the movie “Cars”.
If you are planning on doing any sight seeing, Rachel and XXXXX Tours is a must. The van is extremely comfortable and everything for your tour will been well thought out in advance. Tours with Rachel are amazing!Read full review
We enjoyed the trip and the Hualapai indian lunch and view. What we didnt like was being asked to also tip the operator.Who?Did not mind tipping the guide and driver.
I recently went on a 3 day tour of some pretty spectacular National Parks with Bindlestiff Tours. Given the limited time, we managed to visit some incredible places that included Zion, Bryce, Antelope Canyon, Monument Valley and Grand Canyo..n. Each is so different from the other and well worth a visit (or many!) Our tour leader, Joel was an excellent guide who shared his passion for the back country, knowledge about the land, its history and people and always had quotations from literature and poetry that were relevant to the region. He played his guitar while the group sat around the campfire and shared his stories and insights about the geographical landscape, the native people and anecdotes and stories about the places we visited - things you won't find very easily (or at all) in a guide book! The van is comfortable, camp sites are great (amenities and views!) and I'd recommend all the additional activities that come with the tour. You won't regret having a meal with a Navajo family or flying over the Grand Canyon in a helicopter!Read full review
