Overall, me and my friend had a fun time at the 2 night 3 day trip to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon. There were some good and bad things about this trip that we had talked about. First the bad things were, the bus was very squished without muc..h leg room and the tour guides mostly spoke in Chinese compared to English. Although I praise the effort they gave to translate into English. When we got to Las Vegas we had a small amount of time for lunch before arriving at the hotel. After looking at the yelp reviews me and my friend decided to just look around and ended up finding a Hawaiian Restaurant which I greatly recommend. Way cheaper! We got a meal with big portions for $4 each. The "buffet" costs $15 dollars and didn't look very good. Hotel check-in was a bit delayed for we had arrived early which wasn't much of a problem. Before going on the trip I was very hesitant on booking a trip on some website I've never heard of before but customer service was very good. Despite being unclear about Service Fee, other than that I was assisted very well. Hotel isn't super fancy, but the rooms that were booked were actually really clean. Not a 5 star hotel so don't expect much, but it still had nice rooms. Grand Canyon trip took a very long time to go there and back, although we had a nice time sightseeing. We didn't part take in the Las Vegas night tour so I can't say anything about that. But it was a nice option to be able to go sightsee off on our own. Which I do recommend. Last day was a bit disappointing (Not much to see and a bit of a negative experience..?) My friend had accidentally left his camera in the lobby (I know it was our fault for leaving it there..) so he ran back to the lobby, and while the tour guide was counting everyone, I had told him that my friend had gone back to the lobby real quick to get his camera so, I asked if it was possible to wait a little bit for him to come back. But he sounded frustrated telling me that we were supposed to leave at 7:30 but now its 7:50 (late departure because of some issues with checking out/bus arrival). Luckily my friend had came back just in time before we had left. We went to the chocolate factory which was pretty boring to be honest. I looked at everyone's expressions that was on the tour with us, they didn't really seem to be having fun or liked the "gift shops" at the chocolate factory (more like a tiny store than a "factory". When it was time to take off, we ended up turning back because someone was still inside the store. Which I was kind of annoyed at. (Not because we had to go back for the person) but because, when I told the tour guide that my friend went to go to the lobby, he said we can't wait for him... Also during the Grand Canyon Tour, before we had departed for the Grand Canyon, we waited about 20 minutes for someone who had woken up late and when leaving the Grand Canyon, we had to wait a good 30 minutes for a family who had misunderstood the departure time. There are 2 guides: 1 for the Las Vegas tour and 1 for the Grand Canyon tour. You will meet the Grand Canyon tourist guide on the 2nd day. Also the last stop on the last day which was at some "outlet" was kind of a disappointing. It was hard to call it an outlet at all. There are about 15 stores or so with not much to do, yet we got around 2 hours to look around and go shopping. (We ended up going to the Nike Store and stayed at the food court and then sat on a bench in front of some store) We were given a special extra 10% discount sticker, yet most of the stores did not even accept it. Other than that, for the price of the tour, it's not bad. Something's could have been better planned out, but based on our experience, I would recommend this tour if you want a cheap package to Las Vegas and Grand Canyon.Read full review
I did the 3-day camping tour to Zion/Bryce, Monument Valley and Grand Canyon on October 2, 2017, with Bindlestiff Tours. Our driver and guide, Jon Maret, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable, friendly with a great sense of humor, punctual.. and professional. A lot of driving was involved but he helped to fill the long journeys with many interesting facts and historical information about the areas we were driving through. He kept the group interested and laughing with his stories and jokes.
I was a little worried about doing a 3-day camping trip with a group of complete strangers but Jon made everyone feel at ease. He gave us a printed itinerary and was very organized. He gave us tips on the best hikes we could do given the time limits at each location.
Lower Antelope Canyon was the highlight of my trip; the formations and colors were surreal. The hoodoos at Zion were stunning. I was a little disappointed with Bryce and Grand Canyon but maybe I would have enjoyed them more if we had more time to explore.
This was a highly memorable trip where I checked off several items from my bucket list. I recommend this camping trip with Bindlestiff Tours.Read full review
I expected the tour guide to actually talk about the places we were going to, and the sceneries we were passing to get there, but he never gave us any substantial information. We didn't learn much from this tour. Also, most of the places we.. went to were obviously just establishments that the tour company was making commission off of--such as the Chinese buffet place and the Ethel Chocolate factory. On top of this, it seemed as if the tour company was making profit off of us through the entrance fees to our destinations. A good example of this would be the Grand Canyon South Rim, where they charged a much higher price than the standard rate. Overall, very very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone.Read full review
It was really bad for the tour guy not to check me into hotel until I made payment for extra attraction fee. He kept me waiting for 2hrs and even wanted to go out while my boyfriend was still trying to sort out the additional charges. I had.. to give him 100usd, the only cash i had at that time before he checked me in.
I felt the value of the extra attraction fee was not worth it. Buffet was bad with stale food.
Asides that, hotel was great.Read full review

Overall great tour and value. Was able to see and visit Lake Meade, the Hoover Dam and the West Rim of the Grand Canyon. Mike, our bus driver and tour guide, was outstanding. Bus departed on time, safe journey, and Mike provided some tim..e saving tips so that we could get the most out of our time at the Grand Canyon. Highly recommend.Read full review
I already responded once! The bus driver was careless, it appeared he was either inattentive or perhaps texting while driving. The bus felt as if it was going to turn over and I was so scared I considered calling a cab for the balance of th..e return trip!Read full review
The tour covers a lot of ground (and miles!), but it is very well-thought, so everything is done efficiently. Though it is intense, it doesn't feel rushed. It was my first time camping, but the equipment provided (tents, ...) seemed very go..od to me. The parks themselves are awesome (especially Antelope and Bryce). Our guide, John, was fantastic: very kind, very helpful, and a mine of interesting info and trivia.Read full review
