We were picked up on July 8 th at our hotel the Sheraton Wall for a half day tour of Vancouver. Our driver/ guide was waiting for us ( early by 10 minutes). She was friendly, warm, informative and dynamic. Her name was Randy and she was from.. Discovery Tours. She drove us to Stanley Park first, then to Granville Island. Giving us valuable and informative information along the way. She had the whole mini bus of approx 20 people laughing and engaged. Her sense of humour was better than any comedienne. As a matter of fact, someone asked her if she was a professional entertainer. Her instructions were clear and easy. I cannot say enough about her. We were so lucky to have had her on this tour because it made the day that much more exciting. My advise when in Vancouver, is to ask for her as your tour guide. We have had many tours in the last 9 days of our trip from Calgary, Banff, Jasper, Kamloops and Vancouver but this was by far the BEST experience.Read full review
My favorite part to see was the Capilano Suspension Bridge. The tour guide Ryan was very friendly and told us a lot about the things we saw but in a fun way! It was the right amount of program so we saw enough in the short time we had.
Many thanks to Rene our driver guide for his very professional and respectful approach. Throw in some levity and history, and it made for a perfect overview of some of the great areas in Vancouver. It gave us some great ideas for further ex..ploration on our own. Went back to the Steam Clock, Gastown, Granville Island and Denman Street with a bit of knowledge in our back pocketRead full review
Drive through Stanley Park and the rainforest. Glanville island was also an unexpected joy.
Our tour driver Rene was great and the bus was comfortable and great for me as I am a little restricted with my mobility and access was good.
We had a great 4 hour tour of Vancouver proper before boarding a cruise shipnfor Alaska. With only a half day to spend, thus was the perfect way to get a sense of the highlights and neighborhoods of downtown. Our guide/driver was knowledgea..ble, funny, patient (the one time a few guests were late returning) and a very good driver. We got a great understanding of the City, Stanley Park and Granville Island. Highly recommend if you are short on time and want a sense if what makes Vancouver.Read full review
We completed two days of tours with Discover Canada tours. Whistler sea to sky as well as North Vancouver tour with Capilano suspension bridge and Granville Island .. unbelievable how much attention the guides give. Rene the tree hugging se..nsation has a brilliant sense of humour. awesome gentlemen guide on our sea to sky who can handle late comers like a pro and kept us chilled whilst there was unsuspected delay on the road..
The staff online are also great to deal with also and the ground crew are friendly and supportive.
Thank you can’t wait to use them again and highly recommend them for our cruise groups for pre and post excursions.Read full review

Went in May for day tours to Whistler & Sea to Sky Gondola, Vancouver Island & Malahat Skywalk, and the North Vancouver & Capilano Suspension Bridge tours. They were the most well organized tours I've ever been on! You get a comfortable min..i bus with lots of windows to admire what Vancouver has to over. The schedule is planned out to give you enough free time to see each destination, which was breathtaking! We managed to cover more destinations than I thought, including a ferry ride as a means of transportation. Definitely something I'd like to do again!
Big shoutout to our amazing tour guide Zac who was with us on all three days! He's a safe driver, fun person to chat with, very knowledgeable about Vancouver, and overall made the trip worth while! If he's your tour guide, you'll definitely have fun :)Read full review
96% Would have taken all the other tours if we had had more time.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Vancouver with my mother, we took the tour to Whistler and our experience was made unforgettable by an exceptional tour guide named Marcos. It felt like we were exploring the country with an old frie..nd who showed genuine care and concern for the issues that take place in his city. His charisma and sense of humor kept us engaged and entertained throughout the day.Read full review

Megan was our tour guide and did an amazing job with interesting facts about Vancouver and the Capilano Bridge Park. We visited the salmon hatchery first and learned a lot about the life cycle of the salmons. Later we visited the Capilano B..ridge park and had the most fabulous time going over the suspension bridges and tree top bridges and enjoyed the verdant and lush foliage.Read full review
When looking for a tour, I expected a 4 hour tour to be in the morning OR the afternoon, but the 10 to 2 worked really well with lunch at the Public Market on Grandville Island. We finished in 3 1/2 hours. I would like to add the last 1/2 h..our driving/narrating one of the striking parts of the city such as the residential part Greg mentioned or the movie industry or something else that Vancouver has that we should see.Read full review
