Fly into Yellowknife, a well-know city for Aurora viewing in Canada. Upon arrival, transfer to hotel and (from December) try the winter clothing and shoes. Tonight, you will enjoy hot coffee, tea and snacks while viewing Aurora.
The Northern Lights are the result of collisions between gaseous particles in he Earth's atmosphere with charged particles released from the sun's atmosphere. "Aurora borealis", the lights of the northern hemisphere, means "dawn of the north". In Roman myths, Aurora was the goddess of the dawn. Many cultural groups have legends about the lights. Many beliefs around the northern lights see the phenomena as a good omen.

Drive to an Indigenous home by Great Slave Lake, where local Indigenous fishermen have already prepared net holes in the fishway. Guests can join the local fishermen to pull nets and experience the joy of polar fishing. They are also welcome to enjoy snowboarding before heading to the city restaurant (Noodle House) to enjoy a fish meal. After the meal, guests can return to their accommodations on their own (all hotels in the city center are a 3-5 minute walk away).
【Self drive Dog Sled Ride】 (around 40 mins)
A sled dog team of 12-16 Alaskan Malamutes and Huskies, accompanied by a guide, for approximately 40 minutes.
【Snowmobile Tour】(around 1 hour)
Limited to winter, each visitor must drive their own snowmobile for 1 hour. Two people may share one snowmobile and switch drivers during the ride.

● Banff Sulphur Mt Gondola (Optional): Enjoy a 360' view of Banff. (stop for about 90 minutes)
● Bow Falls: The location of the film "The river of no return" in 1960's. (stop for about 15 minutes)

● Hoodoos: Hoodoos are composed sedimentary rock covered by harder rock that is harder to erode. Once softer sediment erodes rock needle, only tower like natural obstacles are left. (stop for about 15 minutes)
● Banff Town: The Biggest town of National town, many shops and restaurants awaiting for discovery. (stop for about 90 minutes)

Today you will visit the Lake Louise and Yoho National Park.
● Lake Louise+Snowshoeing: This beautiful lake is named after Princess Louise Caroline Alberta. Famous photo-taking location. In summer, you can go boating on the lake or walk on the lakeside and enjoy a leisurely lunch. In winter, you can walk on the lake with snowshoes (provided) and experience the charming snow scenery (Stop for about 2 hours)
* Free Snowshoeing experience will provide (about 20 minutes) / weather dependent
● Yoho National Park: Native people call "it is wonderful".
● Spiral Tunnel: The construction and extra track effectively doubled the length of the climb and reduced the gradient to 2.2%. (Pass through)
● Emerald Lake: It's the largest lake of the Yoho's. The color of the water is cause by powdered limestone. (approx. 30 mins)
● Natural Bridge: Sculpted by the erosive forces of rushing water over what had once been a waterfall, the Natural Bridge is a powerful reminder of how much influence water has in shaping the landscape. (stop for about 15 minutes)
